Transaction Documents

Transaction Documents. This Agreement, the Investor Signature Pages attached hereto as Exhibit A, the Note, the Leak Out Agreement (the "Leak Out Agreement") in the form attached hereto as Exhibit C, the Guaranty and Security Agreement (the "Guaranty and Security Agreement") attached hereto as Exhibit D, and all other certificates, documents, agreements, and instruments delivered to the Investor under or in connection with this Agreement.

Transaction Documents. Means this Agreement, the Series C Preferred Stock, the Warrants, and any other documents or agreements executed in connection with the transactions contemplated hereunder and in the Series C Preferred Stock and Warrants

Transaction Documents. Means the Notes and this Agreement and/or other documents, amendments, supplements, relating to and/or attached to such agreements and/or the transactions contemplated in and/or related to such documents and/or agreements.

Transaction Documents. The Note, this Agreement, the Security Agreement and the IP Security Agreement

Transaction Documents. (1) Letter of Intent; (2) Purchase and Sale Agreement between Koo'Toor and Satel; (3) Promissory Note made out to Ruben Gonzales; (4) Convertible Promissory Note made out to Ruben Gonzales; (5) Koo'Toor's Board of Director's Resolutions regarding the Purchase and Sale of Koo'Toor to Satel; and (6) Satel's Board of Director's Resolutions regarding the Purchase and Sale of Koo'Toor

Transaction Documents. Means this Certificate of Designations, the Purchase Agreement, and any other documents, certificates or agreements executed or delivered in connection with the transactions contemplated by the Purchase Agreement.

Transaction Documents. This Note, the Other Notes, the Security Agreement, the Initial Purchase Agreement and the Additional Purchase Agreement, together with any amendments, restatements, extensions or other modification thereto.

Transaction Documents. Means, collectively the Registration Rights Agreement, the Investment Agreement, the Commitment Fee Note, the July Note, the September Note, February Note, the February Note Amendment, the Security Agreement, the Guaranty, the July Warrants, the September Warrants, the February Warrants, the Share Exchange Warrants and all other agreements entered into between the Parties to the extent existing as of the Execution Date.

Transaction Documents. This Acknowledgment, the CBLI/Rusnano Subscription Agreement, the Panacela/Rusnano Subscription Agreement, the CBLI Subscription Agreement, the Supplemental Agreement, the Intercompany Loan Amendment and other documents, agreements, certificates and instruments delivered pursuant to any of the foregoing

Transaction Documents. Means this Agreement, the Surrender Agreements and the Notes.
