Transaction Documents. This Agreement, the Notes, and the Release Approval.

Transaction Documents. Shall mean this Agreement and the Notes.

Transaction Documents. The Note and this Agreement.

Transaction Documents. The meaning ascribed to such term in the Subscription Agreement

Transaction Documents. Means the Consent Documents and the Proposed Amendment.

Transaction Documents. This Note, the Security Agreement, any and all documents or instruments executed or to be executed by the Borrower in connection with this Note, any other promissory notes issued by the Borrower to the Lender, together with all modifications, amendments, extensions, future advances, renewals, and substitutions thereof.

Transaction Documents. Means the Purchase Agreement, the Agreement and Plan of Merger dated as of April 30, 2018 by and among Tenium Therapeutics, Inc., Inhibrx, LP, and each of the other parties identified therein, and the Right of First Refusal and Co-Sale Agreement dated as of April 30, 2018 by and among the Company and the Key Holders identified therein.

Transaction Documents. Means this Agreement.

Transaction Documents. The term "Transaction Documents" means the Loan Documents and the Warrant (as hereinafter defined) issued by the Guarantor.

Transaction Documents. Shall mean the Receivables Purchase Agreement and each other document listed on Annex A hereto.
