Transfer Agent
Transfer Agent. Means American Stock Transfer & Trust Company, the Company's duly appointed transfer agent, registrar and conversion and dividend disbursing agent for the Preferred Stock, or such other Transfer Agent as may be appointed by the Company from time to time
