Transfer Agent

Transfer Agent. Means Wells Fargo Shareowner Services, the current transfer agent of the Company, with a mailing address of 161 North Concord Exchange, South St. Paul, MN 55075, and any successor transfer agent of the Company

Transfer Agent. As of any given date, the transfer agent firm engaged by Issuer to perform securities transfer agent and related services for the Issuer and which, as of the date of this Agreement, is Globex Transfer, LLC, 780 Deltona Blvd., Suite 202, Deltona, FL 32725.

Transfer Agent. Means Action Stock Transfer Corp. the transfer agent of the Company, with a mailing address of 2469 E Fort Union Blvd, Suite 214, Salt lake City, UT 84121, and a facsimile number of (801) 274-1099, and any successor transfer agent of the Company

Transfer Agent. Shall mean the transfer agent for the Common Stock (and to Dismissal (as defined below) subject to paragraph 7 herein, Company shall issue and deliver to IBC shares of its Common Stock (the "Settlement Shares") as follows: 2 any substitute or replacement transfer agent for the Common Stock upon the Company's appointment of any such substitute or replacement transfer agent).

Transfer Agent. Means the Company's transfer agent, and any successor transfer agent of the Company.

Transfer Agent. Means Philadelphia Stock Transfer, Inc., or such other Person who is then serving as the transfer agent for the Company in respect of the Common Stock.

Transfer Agent. Means Computershare, Inc

Transfer Agent. Continental Stock Transfer & Trust Company, the current transfer agent of the Company, with a mailing address of 17 Battery Place, 8th Floor, New York, NY 10004-1123 and any successor transfer agent of the Company.

Transfer Agent. Means Registrar and Transfer Company or any successor transfer agent for the Company

Transfer Agent. Shall mean the Company's transfer agent at the time of the action to be taken
