Transfer. (or any variation thereof used herein) shall mean any direct or indirect sale, assignment, mortgage, transfer, pledge, hypothecation or other disposal.

Transfer. A sale, transfer, assignment, gift, bequest or disposition by any other means, whether for value or no value and whether voluntary or involuntary (including, without limitation, by realization upon any Encumbrance or by operation of law or by judgment, levy, attachment, garnishment, bankruptcy or other legal or equitable proceedings).
