Example Definitions of "Underwritten Offering"
Underwritten Offering. A Public Offering in which securities of the Company are sold to Underwriters for reoffering to the public (including any underwritten "block trade").
Underwritten Offering. (a) an offering pursuant to a Registration Statement in which Common Units are sold to an underwriter on a firm commitment basis for reoffering to the public, (b) an offering of Common Units pursuant to a Registration Statement that is a "bought deal" with one or more investment banks and (c) an "at-the-market" offering pursuant to a Registration Statement in which Common Units are sold to the public through one or more investment banks or managers on a best efforts basis
Underwritten Offering. An offering of Common Stock (or units consisting of Common Stock and warrants to purchase Common Stock) that will result in the immediate listing for trading of the Common Stock on a National Exchange, which is intended to be underwritten by the Underwriter and/or its affiliates.
Underwritten Offering.
