Example Definitions of "Uniform Commercial Code"
Uniform Commercial Code. Or "UCC" shall mean the Uniform Commercial Code in effect in the State of Maryland, as the same may be amended, restated, or modified from time to time, and the Uniform Commercial Code of any other applicable jurisdiction.
Uniform Commercial Code. The Uniform Commercial Code as adopted now or in the future in the State of Utah.
Uniform Commercial Code. Means the Uniform Commercial Code in effect on the date hereof and as amended from time to time, and as enacted in the State of Delaware or in any state or states which, pursuant to the Uniform Commercial Code as enacted in the State of Delaware, has jurisdiction with respect to all, or any portion of, the Collateral or this Collateral Assignment, from time to time.
Uniform Commercial Code. Means, when used with reference to any other jurisdiction, the Uniform Commercial Code as in effect in such jurisdiction from time to time.
Uniform Commercial Code. Means the Uniform Commercial Code as enacted in the State of California.
Uniform Commercial Code. The same definitions herein as specified therein
Uniform Commercial Code. Means the Uniform Commercial Code as in effect in the State of Minnesota, or any other state whose laws are held to govern this Agreement.
Uniform Commercial Code. The Uniform Commercial Code (or any similar or equivalent legislation) as in effect in any applicable jurisdiction.
Uniform Commercial Code. The Uniform Commercial Code as in effect from time to time in the relevant jurisdiction, including without limitation as the same may in part be adopted by the Tribe as its secured transactions law.
