Units

Units. Means all pooled, communitized or unitized acreage which includes all or part of any Leases, and all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances belonging to the Leases and Units.

Units. The term "Units" shall mean the Units offered in the Offering, each consisting of one share of Series D Preferred, a Series D Warrant and Series E Warrants.

Units. Shall mean the limited partnership interests in the Operating Partnership issued to the Holder on the date hereof, which interests are redeemable for cash, or, at the Operating Partnership's option, Common Stock.

Units. Shall mean the @TRACK mobile communications system installed in vehicles consisting of a global positioning system ("GPS") receiver, cellular transceiver, vehicle communications processor, GPS antenna, cellular antenna and key fob panic alarm.
