Units

Units. Refers to one share of Common Stock and one-tenth of a warrant to purchase Common Stock offered by the Term Sheet.

Units. Means collectively the Class L Units, the Class M Units, the Class A Units, the Class B Units and the Class C Units.

Units. Includes any Units issued or issuable by way of a dividend or split or in connection with a combination of Units, recapitalization, merger, consolidation or other reorganization. Units. Means the Series B Common Units and the Series C Common Units collectively.
