Units

Units. A share of the Company's common stock and a warrant to purchase 0.5 of a share of the Company's common stock sold as a unit pursuant to the Offering Memorandum

Units. The units of the Parent, each comprised of one share of Common Stock, one warrant entitling the holder to purchase one share of Common Stock and one right entitling the holder to receive 1/8 of one share of Common Stock upon the consummation of the Parent's initial business combination
