Unvested Shares

Unvested Shares. Means "Unvested Shares" as defined in the Award Agreement.

Unvested Shares. As at any date, all shares of Class B Common Stock owned by the Employee which are not Vested Shares as of such date.

Unvested Shares. Means "Unvested Shares" as defined in the Notice of Grant. 17 "Vested Shares" means "Vested Shares" as defined in the Notice of Grant.

Unvested Shares. Shall mean, at the relevant time of -------- ------ reference thereto, those Shares that have not vested on or prior to such time pursuant to Section 5 or Section 6 hereof.

Unvested Shares. Means, as of any given time, those shares of Common Stock relating to the Options that are not, at the time in question, otherwise permitted, under the terms of this Agreement, to be acquired pursuant to the exercise of the Options. 6

Unvested Shares. The Shares held by the Purchaser that are then subject to the Right of Repurchase.

Unvested Shares. Unvested Shares as defined in the Award Agreement

Unvested Shares. Shall mean, at the relevant time of reference thereto, that number of the Shares (subject to adjustment as provided in Section 4(d) hereof) as shall not have become vested on or prior to such time pursuant to Section 3 hereof. 2

Unvested Shares. Shall mean any of the Shares subject to the Company's Repurchase Option described in Section 5 which have not yet been released pursuant to Section 4 below from such Repurchase Option.

Unvested Shares. Shall mean any shares of Optioned Stock which are not Vested Shares.
