Value. The last sales price per Share of actual sales of Shares on the NOTC, the Norwegian stock exchange, or as part of an investment transaction, which ever is the most recent. Subject to section 9, a total of 5.000.000 Shares may be issued pursuant to exercise of Options granted under this Plan
