Vesting Date

Vesting Date. Shall mean December 31, 2010.

Vesting Date. The earlier of: (i) the date of Grantee's termination of employment by reason of (A) Death; (B) Disability or Incapacity (as defined in the Employment Agreement), (C) Grantee's resignation for Good Reason (as defined in the Employment Agreement), or (D) Grantee's discharge without Cause (as defined in the Employment Agreement), and (ii) the date or dates set as upon which the Restricted Stock shall vest

Vesting Date. The date or dates set as upon which the Restricted Stock shall vest

Vesting Date. Means the date or dates and events upon which Shares that have been granted become vested as provided for in an Award Agreement, including the death or Disability of a Participant.

Vesting Date. The date on which the Participant becomes vested in his or her Award as provided in Section 5

Vesting Date. Each vesting date set forth below: Vesting Date % of 2017 RSUs Vested February 15, 2018 25% February 15, 2019 50% February 15, 2020 75% February 15, 2021 100%

Vesting Date. With respect to any Shares awarded hereunder means the date when such Shares shall become vested as provided herein.

Vesting Date. Each date on which a portion of the RSUs become vested in accordance with the Vesting Schedule

Vesting Date. Means each date on which any Restricted Stock Units cease to be subject to a risk of forfeiture, as determined in accordance with this Agreement and which for the avoidance of doubt, shall be the Committee Certification Date or, if applicable, the date of Grantee's Separation as described in Section 7(a)(i).
