Vesting Date

Vesting Date. Any one of the dates upon which SARs granted to the Participant under this Agreement become exercisable in accordance with this Agreement.

Vesting Date. Means the date on which any Restricted Stock Unit vests and becomes nonforfeitable.

Vesting Date. The earlier of (i) or (ii) the consummation of a Change in Control Event.

Vesting Date. Means the earliest of (i) , (ii) the consummation of a Change in Control Event, (iii) Grantee's death or Disability, or (iv) the date on which Grantee suffers an Unforeseeable Emergency.

Vesting Date. Means the earliest of (i) February 4, 2007, (ii) the consummation of a Change in Control Event, or (iii) the date on which Grantee suffers an Unforeseeable Emergency.

Vesting Date. The earlier of (i) January 1, [200 ], or (ii) the consummation of a Change in Control Event.

Vesting Date. Means the earliest of (i) , (ii) the consummation of a Terminating Event, or (iii) Grantee's termination of employment because of death or disability (as determined by the Committee in its sole discretion).

Vesting Date. The earlier of (i) , , or (ii) the consummation of a Terminating Event, as defined in the Plan.

Vesting Date. Means any one of the dates upon which the restrictions contained in Section 3 of this Agreement lapse with respect to the shares of Restricted Stock granted to the Grantee under this Agreement, which date shall be determined in accordance with Section 2 of this Agreement.

Vesting Date. Means any one of the dates upon which options granted to the Optionee under this Agreement become exercisable in accordance with this Agreement.
