Voting Agreement

Voting Agreement. Means that certain Shareholder Voting Agreement of Borrower dated of even date hereof among Borrower, the Investors and certain shareholders of Borrower.

Voting Agreement. Means the Voting Agreement and Waiver, dated as of November 26, 2006, by and among the Company, Investors and the Cypress Shareholders.

Voting Agreement. Means collectively those certain voting agreements and proxies, by and between the Investors' voting representative and the stockholders identified therein, dated as of April 14, 2005.

Voting Agreement. Means the Second Amended and Restated Voting Agreement, by and among the Company, the Purchasers (as defined in the Purchase Agreement), and the other stockholders of the Company named as parties thereto, dated as of the date hereof, as the same may be amended from time to time.

Voting Agreement. Means that certain Amended and Restated Voting Agreement entered into as of the date hereof by and among the Company, the Investors and certain other stockholders of the Company, as may be amended from time to time.

Voting Agreement. Means that certain Fourth Amended and Restated Voting Agreement of even date herewith among the Company, the Investors and the Company's stockholders signatory thereto, as amended and/or restated from time to time.

Voting Agreement. Means the Second Amended and Restated Voting Agreement between the Company and the Stockholders, dated as of the date hereof, as amended from time to time.

Voting Agreement. Means the Amended and Restated Voting Agreement by and between the Company, the Investors and the other parties thereto of even date herewith.

Voting Agreement. Shall mean that certain Voting Agreement dated as of March 30, 2001, as amended and restated by the Amended and Restated Voting Agreement dated as of June 24, 2002.

Voting Agreement. Means the voting agreement entered into by Alonim and the Company on the same date as this Agreement.
