Voting Agreement

Example Definitions of "Voting Agreement"
Voting Agreement. Means the Voting Agreement to be entered into among the Company, the Investors and the other parties thereto, the form of which is attached hereto as Exhibit F.
Voting Agreement. The voting agreement between the Company, the Investors and certain other stockholders of the Company, dated as of September 27, 2005.
Voting Agreement. Means that certain Voting Agreement by and between the Company and the Stockholders (as defined therein) from time-to-time party thereto.
Voting Agreement. Shall mean that certain Third Amended and Restated Voting Agreement by and between Blackboard and certain of its stockholders dated April 6, 2001, as amended from time to time.
Voting Agreement. Shall mean the Voting Agreement, dated August 24, 2007, by and among the Company and the equityholders of the Company party thereto, as it may be amended from time to time, or such other agreement as the Administrator may determine in its sole discretion.
Voting Agreement. Means the Voting Agreement, in the form attached hereto as Exhibit C, between the Company and the Investor.
Voting Agreement. Means the Voting Agreement dated as of September 18, 2009, by and among the Company, Maxygen, Inc. and Astellas Bio Inc.
Voting Agreement. Means the Amended and Restated Voting Agreement, dated as of December 21, 2009, by and among the Company and the Investors.
Voting Agreement. Means the Voting Agreement in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit F.
Voting Agreement. Means the Voting Agreement, dated as of April 12, 2001, by and among the Company and the parties listed on the signature pages thereto, as amended by Amendment No. 1 to the Voting Agreement, dated as of March 19, 2002.
