Example Definitions of "Voting Power"
Voting Power. The combined voting power of the then-outstanding securities of a corporation entitled to vote generally in the election of directors.
Voting Power. Shall mean, with respect to any Person, the exclusive ability to control, through the ownership of shares of capital stock, partnership interests, membership interests or otherwise, the election of members of the board of directors or other similar governing body of such Person, and the holding of a designated percentage of Voting Power of a Person means the ownership of shares of capital stock, partnership interests, membership interests or other interests of such Person sufficient to control... exclusively the election of that percentage of the members of the board of directors or similar governing body of such Person. The definitions of terms herein shall apply equally to the singular and plural forms of such terms. Voting Power. Shall mean the voting power of all securities of a Person then outstanding generally entitled to vote for the election of directors of the Person (or, where appropriate, for the election of persons performing similar functions).
Voting Power. Means the number of votes that the Voting Securities are entitled to cast in an election of directors of Sonic.
Voting Power. Means, with respect to each shares of Company Stock as ------------- determined on a fully-diluted basis, one (1) vote per share with respect to the Class A Common Stock and Class B Common Stock (whether designated as voting or nonvoting).
Voting Power. Means the total voting power represented by all outstanding Voting Stock.

Shall mean, as to any Voting Stock of a Person at any time, the number of votes the holder of such Voting Stock is entitled to cast for directors, managers or other voting members of the governing body of such Person at any meeting of the holders of Voting Stock held at such time for such purpose
Voting Power. For purposes of this Agreement, "Voting Power" shall mean the combined voting power of the then outstanding Voting Securities.
