Example Definitions of "Voting Power"
Voting Power. Means securities entitled to vote generally in the election of directors.
Voting Power. The total combined rights to cast votes at an election for members of the Board
Voting Power. Shall mean the voting power of all securities of the Company then outstanding and generally entitled to vote for the election of directors of the Company. Any determination required by the definitions contained in this Section 1 shall be made by the Board of Directors of the Company in its good faith judgment, which determination shall be binding on the Rights Agent and the holders of the Rights.
Voting Power. Shall mean voting securities or other voting interests ordinarily (and apart from rights accruing under special circumstances) having the right to vote in the election of board members or Persons performing substantially equivalent tasks and responsibilities with respect to a particular entity.
Voting Power. At any time, the total votes relating to the then-outstanding securities entitled to vote generally in the election of Directors.
