Voting Power

Example Definitions of "Voting Power"
Voting Power. The rights vested, by law or the Company's Certificate of Incorporation, in the stockholders, or in one or more classes of stockholders, to vote with respect to the election of directors.
Voting Power. Means the right to exercise voting power with respect to the election of directors or similar managing authority of an entity (whether through direct or indirect beneficial ownership of shares or securities of such entity or otherwise).
Voting Power. When used in the definition of a Change of Control, a specified percentage of "Voting Power" of a company shall mean such number of the Voting Securities as shall enable the holders thereof to cast such percentage of all the votes which could be cast in an annual election of directors and "Voting Securities" shall mean all securities of a company entitling the holders thereof to vote in an annual election of directors.
Voting Power. The combined voting power of the then outstanding Voting Securities.
Voting Power. The number of votes entitled to then be cast by the Voting Stock of the Company at any election of directors of the Company, provided that, for the purpose of determining Voting Power, each share of Preferred Stock of the Company, if any (the "Preferred Stock"), shall be deemed to be entitled to the number of votes equal to the number of shares of Company Common Stock into which such share of Preferred Stock could then be converted.
Voting Power. Of a Person shall mean the voting power of all securities of such Person then outstanding and generally entitled to vote for the election of directors of such Person.
Voting Power. Of any Voting Securities means the aggregate number of votes attributable to such Voting Securities that could generally be cast by the holders thereof for the election of directors at the time of determination.
