Example Definitions of "VWAP"
VWAP. In respect of an applicable Purchase Date, the volume weighted average price of the Common Stock on the Principal Market, as reported on the Principal Marketor by another reputable source such as Bloomberg, L.P.
VWAP. (i) "VWAP" means, for any security as of any date, the dollar volume-weighted average price for such security on the Principal Market, during the period beginning at 9:30 a.m., New York time, and ending at 4:00 p.m., New York time, as reported by Quotestream or other similar quotation service provider designated by the Holder.
VWAP. With respect to any date, the volume-weighted average price of the Common Stock quoted on the OTCQB ® Venture Market operated by OTC Markets Group Inc. over the thirty (30) Trading Days immediately preceding such date.
VWAP. The meaning set forth in the Business Combination Agreement, which, as of the Effective Date, means, with respect to any security, for each Trading Day, the daily volume weighted average price (based on such Trading Day) of such security on the Trading Market as reported by Bloomberg Financial L.P. using the AQR function.
