Warrant Agent

Warrant Agent. U.S. Stock Transfer Corporation, or its successor, as the transfer agent and registrar of the Warrants.

Warrant Agent. Computershare Inc., a Delaware corporation, and Computershare Trust Company, N.A., pursuant to that certain Warrant Agent Agreement dated [•] by and among the Warrant Agent and the Company which shall govern the rights, duties, obligations, protections, immunities and liability of the Warrant Agent.

Warrant Agent. Means the Transfer Agent and any successor warrant agent of the Company.

Warrant Agent. Means any warrant agent appointed pursuant to Section 9 of this Warrant. The Warrant Agent shall initial be the Company.

Warrant Agent. Means, collectively, Computershare Inc., a Delaware corporation, and its affiliate, Computershare Trust Company, N.A., a federally chartered trust company, and any successor appointed in such capacity.

Warrant Agent. Means Securities Transfer Corporation, or such other entity as the Company may designate to act as the warrant agent from time to time.

Warrant Agent. As of the Effective Date, the Company and thereafter any other Person who may be appointed as warrant agent in accordance with the terms hereof or any successors of such warrant agent appointed in accordance with the terms hereof.

Warrant Agent. Shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in the Warrant Agreement.

Warrant Agent. Shall mean [__________], or its successor, as the transfer agent and registrar of the Warrants.

Warrant Agent. Means American Stock Transfer & Trust Company, as provided in the Warrant Agreement.
