Warrant Agent
Warrant Agent. Means, initially, the Company in its capacity as transfer agent and registrar for the Warrants; provided that upon ten (10) days' notice to the Holder, the Company may appoint a successor warrant agent which shall be the "Warrant Agent" hereunder.
