Warrant Price. Initially means $7.00, as such price may be adjusted from time to time as shall result from the adjustments specified in this Warrant, including Section 4 hereto; provided, however, that in no event shall the Warrant Price be adjusted below $4.00 pursuant to Section 4(d) or 4(e) hereof.
