Example Definitions of "Warrant Price"
Warrant Price. The dollar amount equal to the product obtained by multiplying the Liquidity Event Price by .5.
Warrant Price. The price per share of Common Stock specified in the first paragraph of this Warrant and such other prices as shall result from the adjustments specified in Section 5 hereof
Warrant Price. In connection with any exercise of this Warrant, the aggregate exercise price for the shares of Warrant Stock being acquired in connection with such exercise, as determined by multiplying the number of shares of Warrant Stock being acquired in connection with such exercise by the Applicable Price Per Share.
Warrant Price. As it may be adjusted from time to time pursuant to Section 5, (i) the Series C-2 Price if Holder exercises this Warrant for Series C-2 Preferred Stock, or (ii) the Next Round Price if Holder exercises this Warrant for the Securities sold during the next Qualified Financing
