Example Definitions of "Warrant"
Warrant. One warrant of the Company to purchase one Ordinary Share.
Warrant. Means that certain Common Stock Purchase Warrant dated as of September [ ], 2008 issued by the Company to the Holder and any new Common Stock Purchase Warrant issued thereunder or under any such new Warrant, whether upon the exercise, division, combination or assignment thereof or otherwise.
Warrant. Means a warrant to purchase 666,667 shares of Common Stock pursuant to the terms set for on the Form of Warrant attached hereto as Exhibit A.
Warrant. Means that certain warrant granted to CIT on the Closing Date.
