Example Definitions of "Warrant"
Warrant. Shall have the meaning assigned in the recitals of this Agreement.
Warrant. This Warrant originally issued pursuant to the Purchase Agreement, and all other warrants issued upon transfer, division or combination of, or in substitution for, this Warrant or such other warrants
Warrant. Respectively, Warrant A or Warrant B as the context requires, and Warrant A and Warrant B together.

Warrant. A Warrant granted pursuant to this Plan
Warrant. The warrant evidenced by this certificate, any similar certificate issued in connection with the Offering, or any certificate obtained upon transfer or partial exercise of the Warrant evidenced by any such certificate
Warrant. The Common Stock purchase warrant issued to the Holder as provided herein and "Warrants" means the Warrant, together with the warrant issued to the other Purchaser pursuant to the Purchase Agreement, and any new warrants issued in connection with the transfer of a portion of the Warrant
