Example Definitions of "Warrant"
Warrant. Means that certain Warrant dated the date hereof to purchase 145,853 shares of Common Stock issued by the Company to Aventis Holdings Inc.
Warrant. This Stock Purchase Warrant, and "Warrants" shall refer to the series of Warrants issued by the Company at the "Initial Closing" and all "Additional Closings" contemplated by the Purchase Agreement.
