Example Definitions of "Warrant"
Warrant. (v) "Warrant(s)" means the warrants issued by the Company pursuant to the Facility Agreement.
Warrant. All warrants to purchase stock of the Borrower issued to ORIX previously, now or in the future, and all extensions and renewals thereof and replacements therefor.
Warrant. Means the instrument in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A issued with each Unit pursuant to this Agreement and exercisable for the Warrant Shares.
Warrant. The Common Stock Purchase Warrant issued by the Company to the Investor pursuant to the Purchase Agreement and any similar instrument issued upon transfer or split up thereof
