Example Definitions of "Warrant"
Warrant. Shall mean a warrant to purchase 160,000,000 shares of Common Stock issued by the Company to the Investor pursuant to the terms of the Warrant to Purchase Shares of Common Stock dated of even date herewith.
Warrant. Means the warrant(s) under that certain Amended and Restated Warrant to Purchase Common Stock, dated as of July 2, 2025.
Warrant. Shall mean a warrant to purchase 1,724,257 shares of the Seller's common stock for an exercise price of $29.00 per share, in substantially the form as attached hereto as Exhibit A.
Warrant. Shall mean this Common Stock Purchase Warrant.
Warrant. Means the warrant to purchase 940,000 shares of Common Stock issued pursuant to the Purchase Agreement.
Warrant. Shall mean each Common Stock Purchase Warrant of the Company issued to the Participants pursuant to Section 2.1 hereof and any other warrants transferred to any other holders pursuant to Section 10 hereof or otherwise delivered in exchange or in substitution therefor.
Warrant. Shall mean the warrant issued to the Initial Holder pursuant to the Loan and Security Agreement, together with any additional warrants issued in accordance with the terms thereof.
Warrant. Means the Warrant to Purchase Common Stock of Borrower in the form of EXHIBIT D attached hereto.
Warrant. Means this Warrant as originally issued pursuant to the Forbearance Agreement, any amendment of such original Warrant, and any warrant issued upon transfer, division or combination of, or in substitution for, such original Warrant or any other such Warrant. All Warrants shall at all times be identical as to terms and conditions and date, except as to the number of Warrant Shares for which they may be exercised.
Warrant. Has the meaning ascribed to it on the cover page of this Agreement.
