Example Definitions of "Warrant(s)"
Warrant(s). Means the warrants for ten percent (10%) of the Common Stock issued to the holders of the Mezzanine Debt (as defined in the Recapitalization Agreement) on June 12, 1996.
Warrant(s). Means the warrants to purchase Series A-2 Stock issued to GE.
