Warrant(s). Means (i) Warrant A, Warrant B and Warrant C issued in connection with the Purchase Agreement, as such terms are defined in the Purchase Agreement, whether on the date thereof or thereafter; (ii) the "Warrants" as such term is defined in the Purchase Agreement; and (iii) the "Warrants" as such term is defined in the Letter Agreement.
