Work Order

Work Order. Means a written work order referencing this Agreement, substantially in the form attached hereto as Appendix A, for the performance of Services by Manufacturer under this Agreement.

Work Order. Means a written description of products, work or services that DPI will provide to Pfizer from time to time, on terms and conditions that are agreed to between the parties that is in addition to the work described in the Annual Project Plan and funded or paid for by Pfizer with funds incremental to the Annual Budget for any given Commitment Year.

Work Order. The form attached as Exhibit 2, as from time to time submitted by Licensee and accepted by OSI, to acquire Professional Services. Each Work Order will contain a Statement of Work.

Work Order. Shall mean that document for a given Project under which GCLC agrees to perform Services for such Project pursuant to this Agreement, as more fully described in Section 2.2.

Work Order. Means a transactional document (which may be entitled "Work Order", "Statement of Work", or "Project Schedule" and in all such cases is intended to be considered a "Work Order" for all purposes under this Agreement) that is entered into pursuant to this Master Agreement by and between Contractor and either the entity designated above as "Client" or an Affiliate and describes the Services or Deliverables to be provided by Contractor to such Client / Affiliate.

Work Order. Means a written order, form or memoranda as may be delivered to Supplier for limited use (e.g., ordering of materials, creation of ad-hoc report) and specifically excludes any Custom Product or Custom Modifications, an example of which is attached hereto as Exhibit F.

Work Order. A request for Services, in a form substantially as set forth in Exhibit A (attached and incorporated into the Agreement), which if accepted as provided below, University must perform under this Agreement.

Work Order. Means the form attached hereto as Exhibit C used to describe the Service Provider Services to be provided under this Agreement.

Work Order. Refers to the written statement of work, substantially in the form attached hereto as Schedule A, that specifies the Services to be provided by Contractor for Synergy, including, as may be applicable, a description of the Product, Specifications, quantity of Product, Manufacture and Release Requirements, estimated duration of the Project(s), milestones and all other matters pertinent to design, scheduling and completion of the Project, and the cost and payment terms

Work Order. A written statement of work signed by both parties that specifies the Services to be provided by Contractor for Synergy, including, as may be applicable, a description of the Product, Specifications, quantity of Product, Manufacture and Release Requirements, estimated duration of the Project(s), milestones and all other matters as the parties may agree.
