Example Definitions of "Work Plan"
Work Plan. Shall mean the work plan set forth in Exhibit 1.5 of this Agreement, as such Exhibit may be updated from time to time by mutual written agreement of the Parties. For clarity, the Work Plan under each Development Fund Agreement with other Strategic Resellers may be different than the Work Plan in this Agreement, but will contain at least the tasks set forth in the Work Plan under this Agreement.

Work Plan. The work plan that is attached hereto as Exhibit B, which is incorporated by reference herein, as amended, modified, extended or replaced upon mutual agreement of the Parties
Work Plan. Each written plan for development of Product agreed upon by Acorda and Elan, which Work Plan sets forth the goals of the work, allocates the responsibilities of the parties for conducting the work, timelines, and any other terms and conditions agreed upon between the parties. All Work Plans shall be consecutively numbered and, upon execution by authorized representatives of the parties, shall be incorporated by reference into this Agreement.
