Work Plan

Work Plan. The work plan that is attached hereto as Exhibit B, which is incorporated by reference herein, as amended, modified, extended or replaced upon mutual agreement of the Parties

Work Plan. Each written plan for development of Product agreed upon by Acorda and Elan, which Work Plan sets forth the goals of the work, allocates the responsibilities of the parties for conducting the work, timelines, and any other terms and conditions agreed upon between the parties. All Work Plans shall be consecutively numbered and, upon execution by authorized representatives of the parties, shall be incorporated by reference into this Agreement.

Work Plan. An individual contract agreed to by the Parties and executed under this Agreement that references this Agreement as containing the governing terms and conditions, to conduct additional Services related to the Manufacturing of Product.

Work Plan. Shall mean a written work plan in the form of Exhibit A that (a) specifically references this Agreement, (b) sets forth a description of the research and development services to be performed by Inceptus for Inari, and the payment obligations in consideration for such services, and (c) is duly executed and delivered by both parties (as amended or restated from time to time by mutual written agreement of the parties).
