Work

Work. Means any work that is subject to copyright protection pursuant to Title 17 of the United States Code.

Work. The furnishing of Pre-1xRTT Products and Pre-1xRTT Services in accordance with a Market Specific Amendment, and the performance of work, engineering services, services related to installation, redeployment (if any) and replacement (if any) of Pre-1xRTT Products with the Products, and all other related activities and obligations required to be performed by Vendor pursuant to a Market Specific Amendment.

Work. Shall mean a work of authorship protectable under the copyright laws of an applicable jurisdiction, or a mask work protectable under the semiconductor chip protection laws of any applicable jurisdiction.

Work. Any and all obligations of ARCA to be performed pursuant to this Agreement.

Work. Means all skilled, unskilled and professional labor, services, fabrication, materials, supplies, tools, equipment, fixtures, hardware, materials, and other things which are appropriate, desirable or necessary for Contractor to design, construct and complete the Project and otherwise fulfill its obligations under and in strict compliance with the Contract Documents, including, without limitation, all responsibilities and obligations of Contractor relative to Punchlist Items.

Work. Shall mean all of the equipment, services, materials, products, supplies, labor and management personnel required to drill and complete the Pilot Wells hereunder, together with the Field Study.

Work. Shall mean: (i) the schematic and printed circuit board layout and files; (ii) the trip, navigation and database software; (iii) the graphical user interface; and (iv) compiled map databases for the Products, in each case containing the Horizon Materials and/or Horizon Technology, to be developed by Horizon pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Agreement in accordance with the Functional Requirements, Technical Specifications and Work Schedule.

Work. Means a copyrightable work of authorship, including without limitation, any technical descriptions for products, user's guides, illustrations, advertising materials, computer programs (including the contents of read only memories) and any contribution to such materials.
