Work

Work. Shall mean the performance of all work to be performed and the supplying of all materials to be supplied in connection with the building, furnishing, fixturing and equipping of the Improvements, all in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and with the Plans and Specifications, the Budget and other documentation approved by Agent.

Work. Everything to be provided, including receipt and associated handling activities of free issued items by Company or performed by Contractor from time to time under this Agreement.

Work. Shall mean engineering, procurement and construction management services of the Project to be performed by Contractor under this Agreement and includes all services, labor, and tests provided or to be provided to fulfill Contractor's obligations under this Agreement, as described on Exhibit A attached hereto.

Work. Shall mean the performance of work, provision of services and/or the supply or sale of goods, material or equipment by Contractor to EnCana from time to time under a particular Work Order.

Work. Work as defined in Paragraph 13(b).

Work. Means the services set out in Clause 2 hereof and shall include all action which the Operator in its discretion considers to be necessary to ensure the safety of the personnel on the Vessel or the Vessel itself as well as mitigation of non-performance under the Charter Agreements

Work. The construction of any improvements or alterations or the performance of any repairs done by Tenant or caused to be done by Tenant on the Premises as permitted by this Lease.

Work. The works described in the documents identified in the Attachment A hereto with reference to the works

Work. The collective design, engineering, manufacture, supply, installation and erection of the Lift as required by this Agreement and includes all labor including Purchaser's borrowed employees, supplies, materials, transportation necessary to design, engineer, manufacture, supply, install arid erect the Lift as provided in this Agreement

Work. All materials and labor to be added to the Basic Construction of the improvements in order to complete the installation of the Initial Improvements within the Premises for Tenant in accordance with the approved Construction Plans, including any modifications to the Building, any electrical or plumbing work required to meet Tenant's electrical and plumbing requirements, and any special air conditioning work required to be performed in the Premises.
