Year

Year. Means the period (which may be less than 365 days) commencing on the date of, and immediately following, an Annual Meeting and ending on the date of, and immediately prior to, the next Annual Meeting.

Year. Shall mean each of the six (6) twelve-month periods commencing on the First Shipment Date.

Year. Shall mean the fiscal year of the Company.

Year. Shall mean each twelve month period during the Term commencing January 1 of each year and ending December 31 of the same calendar year, except that the first year of the term shall be the period from the date of this Agreement through December 31, 1997.

Year. Contract years of the License Agreement, i.e., a 12-month period starting with the date (or anniversary) of the Effective Date of the License Agreement

Year. Shall mean a year consisting of 365 days (or 366 days for leap years) (for example, an employee who is hired on September 7 and remains employed until the following September 7 shall receive credit for a full Year, regardless of whether such service spans a leap year).
