Example Definitions of "Additional Rent"
Additional Rent. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the Lease, from and after the Effective Date until the expiration of the Lease Term, Tenant shall be responsible for payment, at Tenant's sole cost and expense, of all services and utilities for the Premises, the Unit 705, Unit 706 and Unit 707, which services and utilities shall include, but not be limited to, (a) air conditioning and heating; (b) electricity for the purposes of lighting and general office equipment use in amounts consistent with... Additional Rent. Any payment referred to as such in this Lease and any payment required to be made by Tenant to Landlord under this Lease other than the Base Rent
Additional Rent. As described in Item 3 of this Lease.
Additional Rent. Base Year (Lease Provisions, Paragraph 5.3.1): The Fiscal Year commencing January 1 through December 31, 2002.
Additional Rent. Shall include the Tenant's Proportionate Share of the expenses incurred by Landlord in the operation and management of the Building, taxes and insurance and which Tenant shall pay to Landlord in addition to the Basic Rent. Shall mean (A) Tenant's Pro Rata Share (as hereinafter defined) of the amount by which Operating Expenses (as hereinafter defined) for the applicable calendar year exceed Operating Expenses for the Base Year, (B) Tenant's Pro Rata Share of the amount by which Taxes (as hereinafter defined) for the applicable Tax Fiscal Year exceed Taxes for the Base Year, and (C) all such other sums of money (exclusive of Base Rent) that are required to be paid by Tenant to Landlord hereunder.
Additional Rent. Those payments and charges that are required of Tenant and designated in this Lease as Additional Rent.
Additional Rent. All amounts payable by the Tenant under this Lease except Base Rent, whether or not specifically designated as Additional Rent elsewhere in this Lease
Additional Rent. All sums other than Base Annual Rent payable by Tenant to Landlord pursuant to the terms of this Lease, including, but not limited to, Tenant's Proportionate Share of Operating Expenses.
