Example Definitions of "Administrator"
Administrator. Means the Board or a person or committee appointed by the Board to administer this Plan.
Administrator. Shall mean the Board or any one of the Committees

The Compensation Committee of the Board or any successor committee with responsibility for employee compensation; provided, however, that, unless otherwise determined by the Board, the Administrator shall consist solely of two or more directors, each of whom shall be (i) a "non-employee director" within the meaning of Rule 16b-3 under the Exchange Act, and (ii) an "outside director" as defined under Code Section 162(m).
Administrator. The Board of Directors of the Company or anyone to whom the Board of Directors has delegated any of its authority under this Plan
