Administrator

Administrator. Means the Board, or a committee, the members of which shall be appointed by the Board as described in Section 3.

Administrator. Means the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company (or such other committee as may be appointed by the Board to administer this Plan); and, in the absence of any such committee, shall mean the Board of Directors of the Company.
