Administrator

Administrator. TripAdvisor, LLC, which shall be the administrator of the Plan as defined in Section 3(16) of ERISA and shall have responsibility for general administration of the Plan and carrying out its provisions.

Administrator. The Board of Directors or any committee appointed by the Board to administer the Plan

Administrator. The Board or, if so determined by the Board, a committee of the Board. The Board or committee of the Board, as the case may be, may delegate any of its duties and responsibilities under the Plan to such persons (including employees) as it determines. In the case of any such delegation, the term "Administrator" shall include, to the extent of such delegation, the person or persons to whom such duties and responsibilities were delegated.

Administrator. The entity that conducts the general administration of this Warrant Agreement, as has been delegated by the Board or a Committee of the Board unless the Committee or the Board has revoked such delegation or the Board has terminated the assumption of such duties

Administrator. The Board or a Committee to administer the Plan; provided, however, that the Board, in its sole discretion, may, notwithstanding the appointment of any Committee to administer the Plan, exercise any authority under this Plan.

Administrator. The Board or any of its committees as will be administering the Option, in accordance with Section 17 of the Option Agreement

Administrator. Means the Board of Directors, unless it has delegated power to act on its behalf to the Committee or the CEO, in which case the Administrator means either the Committee or the CEO, as appropriate.
