Administrator
Administrator. Means the Board or any of the Committees appointed to administer the Plan. All references to the "Committee" in any Award Agreement shall be deemed to refer to the Administrator.
Administrator. Shall mean the Compensation Committee of the Board. With respect to any period during which there is no such committee, the Board shall serve as Administrator.
