Administrator

Administrator. Means the Committee, or the Board if the Board asserts administrative authority over the Plan pursuant to Section 13.

Administrator. Shall mean such person or persons designated pursuant to Section 3(b) hereof to whom the Committee has delegated authority to take action under the Plan, except as may be otherwise required under Section 9 hereof.

Administrator. Means the Board or any of its Committees as shall be administering the Plan, in accordance with Section 5 of the Plan.

Administrator. Means the individual or committee specified in Section 3(b) to whom the Board has delegated authority to administer the Plan.

Administrator. (a) the Board Committee insofar as it relates to administering this Plan with respect to Executive Officers and (b) the Officer Committee insofar as it relates to administering this Plan with respect all Participants other than Executive Officers.
