Administrator

Administrator. Means the Board or any of its Committees as will be administering the Agreement, in accordance with Section 19 of this Agreement.

Administrator. The Corporate Secretary of the Company.

Administrator. The Secretary of the Trust or other person (who is not an Outside Trustee) designated by the Board to administer the Plan.

Administrator. The Board or any Committee or person(s) as shall be administering the Plan, in accordance with Section 4 of the Plan

Administrator. The Employer adopting the Plan, or other person designated by the Employer

Administrator. The "Administrator" of the Plan is the Compensation Committee of the Board or such other committee or person to whom administrative duties are delegated pursuant to the provisions of Section 16.1, as the context requires.

Administrator. Means Dominion Resources Services, Inc.

Administrator. The Board, the Committee or any subcommittee or other committee appointed by the Board or Committee to administer this Plan; provided, however, that the Board in its sole discretion may, notwithstanding the appointment of any committee or subcommittee to administer this Plan, exercise any authority under this Plan except with respect to awards intended to comply with Section 162(m), which shall in all cases be awarded and administered by the Committee.

Administrator. Shall mean the Board or a committee thereof designated by the Board; provided, however, that the Administrator may in its sole discretion appoint a new Administrator to administer the Plan at any time.

Administrator. Shall mean the Board, or the person or persons appointed by the Board to serve under paragraph 16, below.
