Affiliate. Means with respect to any person or entity (a) any other person or corporation directly or indirectly controlling, controlled by, or under common control with a Party to this Agreement or (b) any partnership, joint venture or other entity directly or indirectly controlled by, controlling, or under common control with, a Party to this Agreement, but in each case only for so long as such ownership or control shall continue. Affiliate. A person that controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with any person; provided however, that for purposes of this definition, AmTrust and GMACI shall not be considered "Affiliates." Affiliate. As to any company, any other company (or companies) or entity (or entities) which, directly or indirectly, is in control of, is controlled by, or is under direct or indirect common control with, such company

Affiliate. Shall mean any entity which, directly or indirectly, controls a Party, is controlled by a Party or is under common control with a Party.
