Agent

Agent. Any independent agent appointed by the Committee to assist it in the administration of the Plan as herein provided. Any reference to the Committee or the Company shall be deemed to include the Agent to the extent that the Committee has engaged the Agent to perform the obligations of the Committee or the Company hereunder
