Agent. Agent. The meaning ascribed to such term in the preamble of this Agreement; provided, that, after the consummation of any Refinancing, the term 'Agent' shall refer to any Person appointed by the Secured Parties, as agent for themselves for the purposes of this Agreement pursuant to the terms of the Refinancing Loan Documents.
