Agent

Agent. Has the meaning set forth in the preamble hereto; provided, that upon the consummation of any Permitted Refinancing, the Agent shall be the Agent or Administrative Agent (or like term) as specified in the applicable Permitted Refinancing Senior Loan Documents.

Agent. Shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in the Security Agreement

Agent. Means Lake Street Capital Markets LLC.

Agent. JGB Collateral, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company.

Agent. Shall mean EICF Agent LLC, as Agent for the Senior Lenders, or any other Person appointed by the holders of the Senior Debt as administrative agent for purposes of the Senior Loan Documents and this Agreement

Agent. Means the agent for the purposes of giving and receiving notices under this Note and who is duly authorized by the Holder, in writing, to act and make all decisions for and on behalf of the Holder, it being specifically acknowledged that the Holder shall not be entitled to receive notices or exercise any authority except through the Agent while appointed.

Agent. With respect to the Company means any person who is or was a director, officer, employee or other agent of the Company or a subsidiary; or is or was serving at the request of, for the convenience of, or to represent the interests of, the Company or a subsidiary as a director, officer, employee or Agent of another corporation, partnership, joint venture, trust or other enterprise (including without limitation any employee benefit plan whether or not subject to the Employee Retirement Income... Security Act of 1974, as amended ('ERISA')); or was a director, officer, employee or Agent of a predecessor corporation (or other predecessor entity or enterprise) of the Company or a subsidiary, or was a director, officer, employee or Agent of another corporation, partnership, joint venture, trust or other enterprise (including without limitation any employee benefit plan whether or not subject to the ERISA) at the request of, for the convenience of, or to represent the interests of such predecessor. Agent. Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, as Agent for the Senior Lenders, or any other Person appointed by the Senior Lenders as administrative agent for purposes of the Senior Debt Documents and this Agreement.

Agent. Any person who is authorized by the Company or an Enterprise to act for or represent the interests of the Company or an Enterprise, respectively.

Agent. Means Agent Capital Fund I LP and its Affiliates.
