Agreement. This Employment Agreement, as amended from time to time

Agreement. This Credit Agreement, as amended by that certain First Amendment to Credit Agreement dated as of November 15, 2012.

Agreement. A written or electronic award agreement or other instrument evidencing an Award (including any grant acknowledgement), as described in Section 3(f).
