Agreement

Agreement. Any contract, agreement, lease, license, sales order, purchase order, instrument or other commitment, whether written or oral, that is binding on any Person or any part of its property under applicable Law

Agreement. This Executive Termination Pay Agreement

Agreement. This Asset Purchase Agreement, together with the Schedules and Exhibits attached to this Agreement and the certificates and instruments to be executed and delivered in connection with this Agreement.

Agreement. Means, this Agreement, as maybe amended from time to time in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

Agreement. Means an agreement between the Company and an Eligible Person providing for (a) the grant or sale to such Eligible Person of Restricted Shares or (b) the grant to such Eligible Person of Options.

Agreement. Means an agreement between the Company and an Eligible Person providing for the grant of an Award hereunder.
