Agreement

Agreement. Shall mean this Agreement and any exhibits incorporated herein together with any amendments hereto made in the manner described in this Agreement.

Agreement. Shall mean the written agreement between the Company and a Participant evidencing an Award.

Agreement. This Underwriting Agreement dated [ ], 2013, by and among the Partnership Parties and the Underwriters

Agreement. This Performance Restricted Stock Unit Grant Agreement and shall include the applicable provisions of the Plan, which is hereby incorporated into and made a part of this Agreement

Agreement. Has the meaning set forth in the Introduction.

Agreement. This Security Agreement, and any extensions, modifications, renewals, restatements, supplements or amendments hereof

Agreement. Shall mean this Agreement, as amended or restated from time to time.

Agreement. This Security Agreement, as this Agreement may be amended or modified from time to time, together with all exhibits and schedules attached to this Agreement from time to time.

Agreement. Shall have the meaning ascribed to it in the preamble to this Agreement.

Agreement. Means a written contract entered into between the Company or an Affiliate and a Participant containing the terms and conditions of an Award in such form (not inconsistent with this Plan) as the Committee approves from time to time, together with all amendments thereto, which amendments may be unilaterally made by the Company (with the approval of the Committee) unless such amendments are deemed by the Committee to be materially adverse to the Participant and are not required as a matter of law.
