Applicable Law. THIS AMENDMENT AND THE RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES HEREUNDER SHALL BE GOVERNED BY, AND SHALL BE CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH, THE INTERNAL LAWS OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK (INCLUDING SECTION 5-1401 OF THE GENERAL OBLIGATIONS LAW OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK), WITHOUT REGARD TO CONFLICTS OF LAWS PRINCIPLES THAT WOULD REQUIRE APPLICATION OF ANOTHER LAW.
Applicable Law. The law in effect from time to time and applicable to the transactions between the parties hereto pursuant hereto which lawfully permits the charging and collection of the highest permissible lawful non usurious rate of interest on such transactions, including laws of the State of New York, and to the extent controlling and providing for a higher lawful rate of interest, laws of the United States of America.

Applicable Law. Means, at any time, with respect to any Person, property, transaction or event, all applicable laws, statutes, regulations, treaties, judgments and decrees and (insofar as they have the force of law) all applicable official directives, rules, consents, approvals, by-laws, permits, authorizations, guidelines, orders and policies of any Governmental Authority or Persons having authority over any of the parties hereto.
