Example Definitions of "Applicable Law"
Applicable Law. Means the legal requirements as shall be in place from time to time under any statute, law, ordinance, regulation, rule, code, executive order, injunction, judgment, decree or order of any governmental authority, whether of the United States, any other country, and any provincial, state, or local subdivision, that relate to the administration of equity plans or equity awards, as well as any applicable stock exchange or automated quotation system rules or regulations.
Applicable Law. Means the requirements relating to (a) the adoption and administration of equity plans under Nevada law, (b) the offer and issuance of equity under United States federal securities laws and regulations and any applicable securities laws of any other jurisdiction, (c) the Code, (d) any stock exchange or quotation system on which the Common Stock is then listed or traded, and (e) any other the applicable laws or regulations.
Applicable Law. Means any and all laws, statutes, codes, ordinances, orders, rules, rulings, directives, and regulations of any kind whatsoever of any governmental authority within the relevant jurisdiction applicable to the activities under this Agreement.

Shall mean applicable laws, rules and regulations, including any rules, regulations, guidelines or other requirements of the Regulatory Authorities (as defined below), that may be in effect from time to time, including but not limited to those of the United States Food and Drug Administration or any successor agency, if applicable.

Applicable Law. Means all laws, rules and regulations applicable to a Person, its Property or a transaction, as the case may be, including all applicable common law principles and all provisions of all applicable United States federal, state, local and foreign constitutions, treatises, codes, statutes, rules, regulations, orders and ordinances of any Governmental Authority; and writs, orders, judgments, injunctions and decrees of all courts and arbitrators.
